Quick Tipps to avoid issues:
- Check your order again right before placing it
- Carefully check your address and contact information. It is easy to get mistakes in this step because of outdated or wrong auto-filled information.
- Make sure the Billing Address and Name match your payment information! Discrepancies may result in unnecessary delay or cancellation of your order because of fraud risk.
- Track your order and make sure you will be there on the day it is delivered or select a different date with the carrier using the tracking number we provided
- Immediately check your order upon delivery to make sure it is complete and intact.
- Keep your information updated and make sure our E-Mails don't end up in your spam folder! We send regular emails and important reminders for your subscription! Avoid unnecessary charges to your account by checking your e-mail and pausing or cancelling your subscription on time.

We offer a 15 day Refund & Return Policy on all orders:
- We have a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received. (Reported as delivered by the carrier)
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- A pre-printed return label is included with all domestic orders for your convenience. Simply tape it over the old label on our box or use your own packaging before dropping it off in the mail.
- If you are an international customer and wish to return an item, please email info@gemstoneguardiansshop.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will try to provide a new label for you.
- A confirmation email about the status of your refund will be sent to you when we receive the item.
- If the refund is approved, the price of your returned items minus shipping cost will be sent to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping cost of returned items. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged items:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or an immediate free exchange and replacement.
- Please make sure to inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
- Contact us within 72 hours of receiving the damaged item to qualify for a full refund:
