Shipping destinations:

• We ship domestically and internationally if your country can receive Deutsche Post/DHL packages. (Most countries do, including all of North America.)

Shipping times:

• Orders are generally ready and shipped within 48h of purchase but this may change based on carrier issues or unusually high order volume. Be sure to CHECK THE BANNER ON THE FRONT PAGE FOR UPDATES! 
• Inside Germany: 1-3 Business Days
• DHL Express Worldwide: 1-3 Business Days
• DHL International: 14 Business Days

Please be aware that international packages outside the EU may be subject to import fees and may get delayed due to customs. Delivery times may be longer during holiday season.
