Cancellation policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gemstone Guardians, Hauptstr. 25, 66904 Brücken Germany, info@gemstoneguardiansshop.com of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
