Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope
   These terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.

2. Contract Partner
   The purchase contract is concluded with Gemstone Guardians, Hauptstr. 25, 66904 Brücken

3. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
   By clicking the button “Place binding order,” you submit a legally binding order. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
   All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge or show VAT. Shipping costs are added unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery
   We deliver within Germany and EU countries as well as select countries outside the EU. Processing Time 1-3 Business Days (unless otherwise specified on product page or at checkout) Delivery time: 2–4 business days within Germany, international delivery time may vary please see checkout page for up to date information on your carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal
   You have the statutory right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Policy).

   Payment via PayPal, credit card, or Shopify Payments
